Shipping
An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the shipping date, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
No. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping is free on all order above $100. Free shipping is not available for remote or rural areas. In those cases, we will provide you with the most affordable shipping quote available. For orders under $100, shipping within Canada is $10. For distributors, shipping is $30 plus applicable taxes. Distributor orders over $1,500 before taxes qualify for free shipping.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory where the order is being shipped.
Satisfaction & Returns
We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
If your product is defective, please contact us at info@nihsupp.com with details of the issue. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm whether you qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
