Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you have purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact usat info@nihsupp.com and provide us with details of the product and its defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the following address:

When we receive the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment from
. Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid in advance, and you are also responsible for insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
Option 2 - Permitted refunds :
We accept returns. You may return unopened items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase, if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have elapsed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Once we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price according to the original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee may apply. In this case, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Discounted items are not refundable.
