Shipping policy

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

Barring exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within [7] business days from the date of your order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Delivery dates may vary depending on the courier company's shipping practices, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered.

Shipping is $10 in Canada

For distributors, shipping is $30 + applicable taxes.

Shipping is free for distributors on orders of $1,500 before taxes.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

*Free shipping is not available on orders to remote or rural areas. In this case, we will provide you with a shipping quote with the cheapest option for you.
